Shipping info

Our online shop is managed by our small visitor centre team and, although we will try to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to check for orders every day. Therefore, it may take several days for your order to be processed and sent out. We'd like to thank you in advance for your patience.

Delivery costs are based on the final weight and size of your ordered items. We have worked hard to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.

We use Royal Mail as our couriers and goods should arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch. We aim to process and dispatch orders on a twice weekly basis.

We're committed to protecting the environment, as well as local wildlife, and your order will be carefully packed using recyclable and biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
